A rare combination from DRC, this pseudomorph (when one mineral completely or partially replaces another mineral) began as malachite and/or barite and azurite and was replaced by chrysocolla over millions of years. The chrysocolla has been covered with micro quartz druzy and a new generation of chatoyant malachite giving the piece lots of contrast and all over sparkle. A wonder of the mineral world that would make a great addition to any collection
